The St. Catharines Spartans wrapped up their regular season with a 16-3 loss at Six Nations Wednesday in Ontario Lacrosse Association junior B action.
Colton DeWolfe, Danny Blocho and Evan Scott scored for the Spartans, who finished with a 10-9-1 record.St. Catharines open the best-of-three playoff series against Orangeville on the road Saturday at 3 p.m. Game 2 is Monday at 8 p.m. at Merritton Arena, with Game 3, if necessary, Wedensday in Orangeville.
